Application Scope
This machine is designed for press-fitting large gear bearings, oil retaining rings and collector rings of integral and split gearboxes in railway power wheelsets, including in subways and bullet trains.
It features a strong, stable gantry frame with mobile loading/unloading worktable, making operation easy and efficient. The system supports both computer and manual control, with real-time monitoring and data management capabilities. It can press and oil large gears, and adapt to different gear models.

Machine Structure
- The machine is a vertical type press and will be installed in a foundation pit.
- The press mainly consists of machine bed, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The machine bed consists of 4 vertical columns, worktable, support base, fixed column, movable column and centre devices.
- The machine bed is all steel welding structure and carried out stress relief annealing treatment. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
- With Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC to control the pressing operation.
- The machine is provided with automatic computer and manual control modes, with functions of input and output of various related data and real-time monitoring.
- The pressing force is selectable according to the different axle types.
- Only need to replace the centre devices and block baffle for different types of axle and bull gear.
Warranty & After-sale Service
The warranty lasts for 12 or 18 months from the date of the Site Acceptance Test. During the warranty, the Manufacturer will be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture. After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide FREE online technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
